You will be involved in both strategic initiatives and hands-on operations, supporting business units in delivering people solutions that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Partnering

  • Act as the first point of contact for expats, employees and line managers on day-to-day HR matters.
  • Support business units in implementing HR programs such as performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Partner with leaders to understand people needs and coordinate HR actions accordingly.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles — from job posting and candidate screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding data in the HR system.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support employee engagement programs, events, and communications that foster collaboration and well-being.

  • Promote company values and culture through everyday interactions and HR initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and employee movement processes (e.g., transfers, contract renewals, exits).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

5. Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to streamline HR processes in a lean team setup.
  • Support regional HR collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a flat and collaborative structure.
  • Good understanding of HR fundamentals: recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
