HR Business Partner | Change & Transformation (m/f/d)

As part of our company's ongoing evolution, you will play a key role in implementing a new leadership and matrix structure. Reports directly to the Global HR Director based in Ireland and works closely with the local Managing Directors and international leadership teams across the global matrix organization. You will ensure that leaders and employees are successfully guided through this transformation.

This highly visible and influential position combines change management, leadership coaching, employment law expertise, and strategic HR consulting. You will help shape the organization of the future while ensuring that people, corporate culture, and business objectives remain aligned. As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will foster a high-performing, engaged, and future-oriented organization where talent development, collaboration, and business success are continuously strengthened.
  • Professionally support and sustainably embed organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Support leaders and employees in successfully operating within an international matrix organization.
  • Provide strategic advice to Managing Directors and leaders on employment law, organizational, and people-related matters.
  • Coach and advise leaders in managing change, developing their teams, and building high-performing organizations.
  • Conduct and facilitate employee discussions, performance reviews, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Promote and implement talent management, employee Development, and succession planning initiatives to ensure the long-term availability of critical capabilities.
  • Actively contribute to a positive company culture through culture and organizational development initiatives, as well as programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with international leadership teams and implement global HR initiatives at the local level.
  • Lead strategic HR and organizational development projects that support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and continuously enhance HR processes, organizational structures, and ways of working to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop recommendations based on relevant HR metrics, business data, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner within an international organization
  • Supporting leaders in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of German employment legislation.
  • Proven track record in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global, matrix-based organisations.
  • Fluent German and English language skills
