HR Business Partner - EduTech

We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for one of our leading clients in the EdTech sector.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 6-8 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders and the HR team to drive key people initiatives, including employee retention, engagement, recognition, compensation, talent management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).

- Serve as a trusted HR partner and primary point of contact for employees and business stakeholders.

- Design and implement employee engagement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Leverage HR analytics and people metrics to generate insights that support organizational design, career development, retention, and employee engagement.

- Support the resolution of complex employee relations matters while ensuring a positive employee experience.

- Lead and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, including designing and facilitating training programs for managers and employees.

Ideal Candidate :

- 6-8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.

- Preferred: A stable career track record with experience in both startup and established organizations.

- Strong stakeholder management and employee relations capabilities.

- Experience working in dynamic, high-growth organizations.

- Hands-on exposure to Learning & Development initiatives and training facilitation.

- Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-driven approach to HR.
