HR Business Partner

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years in an HRBP role, to partner with business leaders and drive strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, organizational development, HR analytics, compliance, and change management while supporting corporate and business functions.

Ideal Profile:

- The ideal candidate should hold an MBA/PGDM in HR, possess strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, and have experience in hospitality, hotel development, real estate, infrastructure, construction, or other large multi-location organizations.

- Proficiency in HR analytics, labour law compliance, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
