About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team.
This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with finance-related administrative tasks and employee wellbeing initiatives, acting as a key partner to the business in managing people processes, payroll collaboration, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Organizational Development

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting business leaders in day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
• Support organizational changes, including structural adjustments, title changes, and promotions.
• Review and approve salary adjustments, bonuses, and compensation updates.
• Monitor and verify employees’ working hours and attendance records.
• Lead and support employee wellbeing initiatives, programs, and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance on labor laws in Finland and Sweden; knowledge of UK labor law is a plus.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate management.
• Experience in payroll collaboration, promotions, organizational changes, and HR policy implementation.
• Experience leading or supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of labor laws in Finland and Sweden; UK labor law is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of finance and invoice handling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
