Your Impact & Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives
Partner with leaders on strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management
Support business transformation efforts and change management initiatives to enable sustainable growth
Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retention
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
Serve as the primary HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for GTM Organisation
Collaborate with regional HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence to implement global and regional initiatives

Your Knowledge and Skills Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
Proven experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market organizations within Technology or related industries
Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation
Good understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environment
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
