IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT:

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Michigan. Due to the nature of our healthcare operations, this role requires the ability to travel to The Care Team branch locations throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania as business needs arise.

The Care Team is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across our growing organization. This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to move beyond transactional HR and serve as a trusted partner to leadership while directly influencing employee experience, retention, and organizational success.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with regional and branch leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, compliance, organizational change, and workforce challenges. You'll have the autonomy to manage your region while partnering with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence to develop practical solutions that support both our employees and the business.
