HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Xsight Labs is a growing startup with a global presence and exciting opportunities ahead! We’re looking for an HRBP to join our HR team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with managers and employees, provide ongoing HR guidance and support, lead end-to-end recruitment, manage our HR information system, and drive company-wide HR processes.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including in-depth interviews and close partnership with hiring managers.
• Manage the global onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
• Maintain and improve our HR information system, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflows.
• Own people analytics and reporting, translating HR data into actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Drive and support HR processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• 5 - 7 years of experience spanning both HR and recruitment - a must.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including conducting in-depth interviews and advising hiring managers.
• Experience working with HR information systems.
• Familiarity with Spark and bob systems - an advantage
• Experience in recruiting for semiconductor companies – a significant advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Experience in a global company - an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and an organized, collaborative approach
