HR Business Partner
Human Resource Business Partner – Odense, Denmark
Jeppesen ForeFlight is recruiting a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will provide local strategic and operational HR support to business teams in Denmark, working in partnership with global and European business and HR teams.
Reporting to the Director of HR – EMEA, the selected candidate will join a dynamic, global team shaping the future of HR to drive business value, deliver a best-in-class employee experience, and ensure effective delivery of HR programs. This role will also support an additional EMEA location, to be determined.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide direction and guidance to support world-class HR operational service delivery and employee experience for businesses, leaders, and employees located in Denmark.
- Partner with HR global process owners and subject-matter experts to advance change management efforts, integrating standard HR work processes and implementing them in Denmark.
- Contribute to building a culture of diversity and inclusion, keeping employee experience at the center of HR service delivery.
- Foster a climate of trust and engagement by investigating employee concerns or complaints, developing resolutions, and counseling employees.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their business plans and translate strategic People Plans into operational HR service delivery plans and actions.
- Partner with global HR teams (HR Business Partners, specialized HR Centers of Excellence, and HR Services) to develop HR solutions that deliver business value and support employees during key "moments that matter."
- Support the delivery of key HR services (e.g., benefits administration, relocation support) in alignment with global HR Services teams.
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional teams to support the ongoing transformation of HR through global process implementation and HR technology platforms.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Proven track record delivering HR services and support, ideally within an international and complex matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate data and information, earn respect, and manage complex briefs within short timeframes.
- Subject-matter expertise in Danish HR policies, practices, and legal frameworks, alongside general HR knowledge.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful business growth and value.
- High degree of cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural business teams.
- Experience supporting HR change management programs tied to business initiatives and organizational change.
- Experience using HR data systems and project management techniques, including analysis and interpretation of data, projects, and information. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Danish and English verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a high-impact communication style.
- Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work in a multifunctional, multicultural team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Professional HR accreditation preferred.
Typical Education/Experience
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) plus 10 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree plus 8 years of related work experience, or 14 years of related work experience).
