HR Business Partner Lead / HR Service Delivery Leader
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead / HR Service Delivery Leader to support global organizations in driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and HR operational excellence.
This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with leadership in HR Service Delivery, ensuring people initiatives are aligned with business goals while continuously improving HR processes, employee experience, and service quality.
You will collaborate with senior business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and global stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions and support organizational growth.
- 12+ years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering and HR Operations / HR Service Delivery.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in international or matrix organizations.
- Strong experience in HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Experience leading HR operational excellence and service delivery improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with HR metrics and people analytics.
- Fluent English.

- Experience working in SSC / GBS environments.
- Master's degree.
