HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and drive key people initiatives. The role combines strategic business partnering with conceptual responsibility for organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align people and business strategies.
- Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Design and implement HR concepts, policies, and people programs.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Advise managers on employee relations and people decisions.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Several years of HRBP experience in a strategic role.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Business proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
