HR Business Partner/HR Generalist

As Medpace’s Regional HR Business Partner, based in our Warsaw office, you’ll partner directly with managers and employees across Poland, combining independent judgment with close collaboration across our international HR team. You’ll advise leaders, navigate employee needs, and contribute to local recruitment when needed. Depending on experience, your responsibilities may also include neighboring countries—offering broader exposure while maintaining a meaningful connection to the people and teams you support.

• Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management.
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments.
• Develop and present employee and management trainings.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partner capacity.
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent in Polish and strong professional proficiency in English.
