What You'll Do
As the primary HR partner for our regional operations, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring the successful execution of our people strategy while supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Partner with business leaders on people-related decisions, including promotions, internal mobility, compensation changes, and employee recognition.
🔹 Understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
🔹 Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
🔹 Identify talent and organizational risks and recommend action plans to address them.
🔹 Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.
🔹 Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to attract and hire top talent.
🔹 Promote employee engagement and lead initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
🔹 Support employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
🔹 Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure fair and consistent implementation of salary reviews, incentive programs, and employee benefits.
🔹 Lead and support HR projects and programs across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
✅ At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or in a similar strategic HR role.
✅ Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized workforces.
✅ Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2).
✅ Postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related areas are a plus.
