HR Business Partner
ARCH Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to support leaders and employees across multiple locations. This role serves as a trusted business partner, providing guidance on a broad range of people-related matters, supporting organizational initiatives, and helping foster a positive employee experience through both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders in a strategic HR capacity
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build credibility with leaders at multiple levels
- Strong judgment and experience navigating complex employee and organizational situations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced HR certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environments preferred
