Join Baptist Health as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and play a key role in driving organizational success through strategic human resources partnership. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, provide expert guidance on employee relations and workforce initiatives, and support organizational growth through effective talent and change management. As a trusted advisor, you'll champion employees, coach leaders, and partner across HR disciplines to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources & healthcare experience

• Proven experience managing employee relations matters, strategic alignment, and change management

• Strong data analytics, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to influence leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives
