HR Business Partner (TA & Transformation) - 1 year contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and business-critical positions across Asia, partnering with stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines, conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with business leaders and external recruitment partners to deliver hiring solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support business restructuring, leadership transitions and workforce transformation initiatives, driving effective change management and communication strategies.
• Advise stakeholders on organisational structures, role redesign and workforce movements while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and coordinate regional HR initiatives, oversee project implementation and stakeholder communications, and drive continuous improvements in HR processes and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR
• At least 10 years of experience in HR, with some years in business partnering
• TA and Transformation Project experience will be a plus
• MNC Experience
• 1 year contract
