About the role

We are hiring an HR Business Partner in San Francisco to support managers and teams through growth: performance, development, employee relations, and org design.

What you will do

• Coach managers through performance and development conversations
• Run employee relations cases end to end
• Support org design and change management
• Partner with leadership on engagement and retention

Must have

• 4+ years in HR business partner or generalist roles
• Employee relations experience
• Working knowledge of US employment practices

• Experience in fast-growing technology companies
