Overview

Tritusa is looking for an experienced and proactive HR BP Specialist to join our India People & Culture team. You will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, HRMS administration, leave and attendance, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, HR compliance and reporting. You will also support monthly payroll processing, payroll validation, statutory requirements and Full & Final Settlements.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers, takes ownership of processes, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced and globally connected technology organisation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including pre-joining, onboarding, probation, confirmation, employment changes, promotions, salary revisions, transfers, resignations and offboarding.
  • Act as a key HR point of contact for employees, responding to HR queries and providing timely and professional support.
  • Manage employee documentation, personnel files, employment letters, confirmations, salary revision letters, promotion letters, experience letters and relieving documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information within Zoho People HRMS, ensuring employee records are complete and audit ready.
  • Manage and monitor leave, attendance, regularisation and timesheet processes, following up on discrepancies and outstanding submissions.
  • Support and coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles, including probation reviews, goal setting, manager follow-ups, documentation and performance-related actions.
  • Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, employee communications, recognition programs, celebrations, surveys and other activities that strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Support employee relations activities, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary documentation and performance improvement processes, in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Implement and administer company HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines, ensuring appropriate employee communication and acknowledgement.
  • Support compliance with applicable Indian employment and labour requirements and maintain documentation required for statutory, internal, client and certification audits.
  • Develop and maintain HR SOPs, templates, trackers, checklists and process documentation to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, deductions and recoveries.
  • Review and validate payroll information before final processing and coordinate with Finance and/or external payroll partners.
  • Support payroll-related statutory requirements including PF/EPF, UAN, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, gratuity and other applicable requirements.
  • Coordinate Full & Final Settlements, including leave adjustments, notice-period calculations, recoveries, reimbursements and statutory exit requirements.
  • Address employee payroll queries and ensure payroll-related information is handled with a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 to 8+ years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience across onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Practical experience supporting or managing India payroll, with a good understanding of monthly payroll processes and payroll validation.
  • Good working knowledge of Indian statutory requirements including PF/EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, gratuity and Full & Final Settlement.
  • Strong experience working with an HRMS/HRIS; experience with Zoho People would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of leave, attendance, timesheet and employee data management.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, reporting and data-management skills.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing and implementing HR policies, SOPs and employee guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an employee-focused and solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality when handling employee and payroll information.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities and meet important monthly and employee lifecycle deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify HR process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Previous experience within an IT services, consulting, technology or professional services organisation would be highly regarded.
  • Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams would be an advantage.
