HR Business Partner

- Responsible as Business Partner at the relevant location for the strategic and operational consultation and support of local management and employees in all business and leadership related HR-topics and in all topics of the HR value added chain (One-face-to-the-customer).Is both driver with regards to content as well as internal customer of the HR CoE and HR Operations due to the nature of the position – providing support as well as being close to the business.
- Ensures implementation of all HR policies, processes and programmes (from HR CoE and HR Operations) on a local level in line with the functional matrix. Ensure compliance with HR policies for country in the respective area of responsibility. Independently manage the HR function in the area of responsibility and driving positive employee relations.
- Reporting, consultation and recommendation to line managers regarding hr kpi (e.g. fte & personal costs, turnover rates, absence, employee engagement results etc.).
- Drive change management and company transformation together with line management. Ensure that HR is involved in planning and managing
organisational changes in the area of responsibility. Support company culture which recognises and maximises the value of the contribution of people. - Coordinate labour relations in the area of responsibility, being the company's representative in the country in dialogues with employees'representatives (workers council) and unions, in court and other labour and social authorities.
- Responsible for ensuring that labour regulations are followed. Being responsible for the execution and implementation of group wide HR related governance and compliance issues.
What makes us successful together
- University degree in HR (Master or Bachelor) or adequate other degree.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a company related position.
- In-depth knowledge of core HR Business Partnering, Change Management and Labour relations / Governance terminology and best practices.
- Analytical, problem solving skills with emphasis on accuracy.
- High LIEVEL communication, consulting skills and project management skills.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen; able to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests and provide quality.
- English & local language (fluent written and spoken).
