As SimuTech Group continues to grow across the United States and Canada, the HR Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening the organization's compliance infrastructure. This role serves as the first line of ownership for employee handbooks, HR policies, employee relations documentation, and audit readiness activities.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help ensure consistent policy administration, maintain regulatory compliance, and support employee relations processes while building the foundation for future HR systems, reporting, and analytics responsibilities
