HR Consultant
Summary
Provides HR consulting support to clients in Singapore, handling documentation, compliance research, and client meetings under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of clients' HR operations (documentation, correspondence, tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines) in office or in clients' offices
- Attend client consultancy sessions with the Director; take notes, follow up on action items
- Assist in preparing advisory materials — memos, proposals, policy drafts, compliance checklists
- Conduct research on Singapore employment legislation, MOM guidelines, and Tripartite Guidelines to support advisory work
- Help maintain client engagement records and internal documentation standards
- Represent Kairos at industry networking events as opportunities arise
- Support ad-hoc projects across compensation benchmarking, handbook reviews, and dispute case preparation
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable drafting professional correspondence
- Genuine interest in HR consulting / employment law — coursework or prior internship in HR is a plus, not mandatory
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client threads at once
- Comfortable attending client-facing sessions (professional demeanour, discretion with confidential information)
- Proactive — willing to ask questions and take initiative rather than wait for instructions
