We have a rare opportunity for a diligent fun-loving individual to join our crew to help provide HR support to Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt.
This position is a full-time permanent role and is responsible for providing operational HR and administrative support throughout the year. Alongside these duties you would also be assisting the HR Manager with a variety of people related activities and administration to improve our crew experience.
Key Duties include (but not limited too):
Ownership and coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Supporting the continued implementation of Dayforce modules.
Drafting and approving employment agreements and other documentation.
Supporting our leaders with induction, training and development programmes.
Answering HR queries from our internal crew and external parties
Coordinating staff events and activities throughout the year.
Maintaining HR records and Dayforce.
Reporting on key HR indicators and help managers with people data related decisions.
Supporting the HR Manager and leadership team with HR activities
Ownership of staff related ACC administration and supporting staff return to work.
Supporting the HR Manager with internal people related projects and business initiatives.
About you:

You must also have a natural enthusiasm and drive to support people from all walks of life and be empathic yet resilient to help during often sensitive interpersonal challenges that arise.
Other key skills and experience include:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role with responsibility for leading a team is preferred.
Previous experience in the ski industry is essential.
Recruitment experience would be advantageous.
Strong customer service experience is essential
Solid administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information/topics.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
The ability to influence without title would be advantageous
A team focused, positive and energetic approach to life.
Strong facilitation/presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
An understanding of HR functions and processes would be a beneficial (not essential, this can be coached).
