- Develop and maintain VBA macros, Excel automation tools, and reporting templates.
- Automate repetitive and manual processes using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
- Create user-friendly Excel dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools.
- Consolidate and process large volumes of operational and business data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VBA, Excel, and automation-related issues.
- Improve existing spreadsheets, formulas, macros, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Work with users and department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
- Integrate and manipulate data from multiple Excel files and other sources.
- Maintain proper documentation for VBA codes, processes, and automated tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and appropriate access controls.
- Provide user support and basic training for Excel and VBA-related tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalisation.
- Assist with other reporting, administrative, and data-related projects as required.
