HR Data Analyst

You bring order to chaos. You get energy from making everything add up: the calculation, the visual and the logic behind it. You understand what others need to know, even when they cannot yet clearly formulate the question. And you know that good data analysis is as much about people as it is about numbers.

What you will also need:

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
• Strong spoken and written Dutch and English
• Experience building dashboards and reports, for example in Qlik
• A sharp eye for data quality and the ability to make data usable
• A preference for automating a task rather than doing it manually for the third time
• The ability to explain complex data clearly to colleagues without a data background
• Privacy awareness and knowledge of the rules around data use
