HR Director
The HR Director leads Brivo's Human Resources functions, setting the strategic direction for talent, culture, and organizational development. This individual partners directly with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning. This position will reside at the Bethesda office location and work closely with a global dispersed HR team. This position is on-site five days per week.
- Own and execute Brivo's overall HR strategy, aligning people programs with business objectives and growth plans
- Serve as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Departmental leads
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, including post-merger culture integration.
- Set talent acquisition strategy, ensuring Brivo attracts and retains top talent across various departments
- Sponsor and scale leadership development programs
- Partner with the executive team and Board on compensation strategy and equity programs
- Own HR compliance and risk management across all U.S. and international jurisdictions, including employment law, data privacy, and immigration
- Own HRIS strategy, and people analytics, reporting key trends and outcomes to the executive team
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Manager, Coordinators and Recruiting teams
- Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 2+ years in a Director or senior HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience leading HR through high-growth, M&A, or organizational change
- Deep knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including U.S. federal/state
- Track record of building and scaling HR programs
- Strong executive presence and experience partnering with C-suite.

The compensation for this full time salaried role ranges between $130,000 - 170,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
