HR Director

We are an international company with a fully remote team of 50+ employees. We are currently looking for an HR Director who will take charge of developing the HR function and working with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the company’s HR function.
• Recruiting and hiring employees: managers, marketers, designers, and other specialists.
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Developing a performance review and employee evaluation system.
• Collaborating with team leaders on issues related to employees and their development.
• Fostering corporate culture and employee engagement.
• Working to improve retention and reduce employee turnover.
• Developing and refining HR processes and internal policies.
• Overseeing HR operations in collaboration with the HR Manager.
• Preparing HR reports and analytics for senior management.

We’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the role of HR Lead, Head of HR, or HR Director.
• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Strong recruiting and people management skills.
• Ability to independently establish and improve HR processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English: confident working level.
