What You'll Do

Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Director is a senior-level leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director acts as a strategic partner to the executive team and ensures an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Advise executive leadership on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Drive initiatives that support company culture and long-term growth.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Improve talent pipelines, employer branding, and onboarding programs.
  • Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor regulations.
  • Perform necessary investigations

4. Performance Management

  • Lead the implementation of performance evaluation systems.
  • Partner with leaders to address performance gaps and promote employee development.
  • Use performance metrics to support decision-making.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee compensation strategy, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Manage payroll coordination and employee wellness programs.

6. Learning & Development

  • Create training strategies to upskill employees and strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Implement professional development programs and track their effectiveness.

7. HR Compliance

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage HR audits, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

8. HR Operations & Systems

  • Optimize HR processes, HRIS tools, and data analytics.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to leadership.
  • Improve workflow efficiency across the HR department.
