Ready to lead HR for a growing 700-employee healthcare organization — not just support it?

Radiology Imaging Associates is hiring an HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations across our multi-site imaging centers. You'll lead a team of 4 (HR Generalists, HR Assistant, Benefits Admin) and be the go-to person managers and employees trust to get things done right, every time.

The role:

• Lead and coach a team of 4 — workload, standards, consistency across sites
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, status changes, leave, offboarding, and benefits operations
• Support managers with day-to-day HR needs — guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
• Ensure day-to-day compliance (I-9, FMLA, ADA, FL employment law)

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree + 3- 7 years HR experience (2+ leading a team)
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
• Healthcare or multi-site experience strongly preferred
• UKG/Paylocity fluency + Excel skills

Onsite in Tampa with travel to imaging centers. A hands-on, high-trust role at the center of a growing healthcare team.
