About the Role

Robert Walters is recruiting on behalf of a leading Food and Beverage Manufacturing organisation for an experienced HR Director to lead and implement its people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organisation's HR strategy.
• Drive organisational development and talent management.
• Oversee employee relations and change management.
• Partner with executive leadership to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, IRPM, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience as an HR Director within FMCG or Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
• Experience in an international or multinational organisation.
• Proven experience working with executive leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of organisational development, talent management and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
• CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage.
