They will be responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of employee relations cases, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes. The role provides expert guidance and support to managers and employees on matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, performance management, conduct, workplace conflict, and other complex employee issues.
The HR Employee Relations Manager will drive best practice in employee relations, mitigate organisational risk, and promote a positive employee experience through early intervention, coaching, and effective case resolution.
