📍 Location: Raffles Place
📄 Employment: 1-Year Contract (Under Recruit Express Payroll)
💰 Salary: Up to $4,200/month
🎁 1-Month Completion Bonus (subject to good performance and bank's discretion)

• Monday – Friday
• 9.00am – 6.00pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Internship Programme Management
• Support the development and implementation of structured internship programmes
• Provide operational and execution support throughout the internship lifecycle
End-to-End Internship Recruitment
• Support sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, and offer management for interns
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes
Campus Engagement
• Support the development and execution of campus engagement strategies
• Coordinate campus outreach events and initiatives to attract future talent
• Build and maintain relationships with interns and alumni
• Explore collaboration opportunities with other business units
Projects & Talent Initiatives
• Support digitisation and automation initiatives for candidate tracking and management
• Conduct market research and gather talent market intelligence
• Support other Talent Acquisition and HR projects as required
