HR Executive cum Admin

ReachfieldSecurity, established since 2002 is supplying security Manpower (SecurityGuards) and we are graded “A”. We are lookingfor suitable candidates for the following position:

Human ResourceAdmin/ Executive

Requirements

1. Good experience in Human Resource, admin support duties
2. Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
3. Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit Security personnel

Duties

1. Plan, Strategize recruitment activities to fulfil the manpower requirements of the various sites (commercial organization, government buildings, schools, factories, etc).

1. Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements of our sites.

1. Well versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.

1. Human Resource duties including interview guards, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel records.

1. Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff.

6. Provide logistics support likeorder uniform, stationery.

7. Support Operations by optimizing deployment schedules toensure no shortfall of personnel atsites.

8. Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or theauthority.

9. Assist in annualgrading exercise and ISO audit, BCM audit.

10. Do monthly invoices and quotation

We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform multi-tasks and takeinitiatives in this post.
