HR Executive
Summary
Processes payroll, manages HR compliance, and handles recruitment and employee records for a Singapore-based company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, and final salary payments.
- Verify attendance, leave records, timesheets, and claims.
- Ensure payroll compliance with CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll-related enquiries and maintain confidential payroll records.
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and employment offers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer leave, medical claims, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters (WP, S Pass, and EP).
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR and payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience processing Singapore payroll independently.
- Knowledge of CPF, IRAS, Employment Act, and MOM regulations.
- Familiarity with Info-tech.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.
