• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle matters, including onboarding, transfers and exits.
• Support performance management, talent management and HR initiatives.
• Liaise with internal HR teams on recruitment and employee-related matters.
• Handle employee queries and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
