HR Executive (Onboarding & Engagement)
Summary
HR Executive manages employee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance for a corporate team in Hyderabad, using payroll software and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end employee onboarding process to deliver a smooth and professional joining experience.
- Execute monthly payroll processing by updating new joiners, exits, CTC changes, promotions, and payroll master data.
- Manage attendance tracking, leave records, Loss of Pay (LOP), LOP reversals, attendance regularization, and extra-day payments.
- Validate payroll inputs, prepare draft pay sheets, coordinate corrections, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Process salary advances, incentives, bonuses, and statutory contributions including PF and pension coordination.
- Oversee the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process, including exit data verification, asset clearance, approvals, and settlement tracking.
- Monitor employees on notice periods, PIP cases, and salary hold scenarios in alignment with company policies.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly MIS reports covering payroll, headcount, salary splits, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee master data across systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve queries, and support process improvements.
Requirements
- Any Graduation, preferably Post Graduation in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Onboarding,payroll processing within a corporate or HR services environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and local payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proven experience in F&F settlements, attendance management, and payroll reporting is highly desirable.
