HR Executive - Payroll
Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in compliance with Bahrain labor laws.
Full and Final Settlement: Manage full and final settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Leave Salary Management: Calculate and process leave salaries as per company policy and labor law requirements.
Advances: Handle employee advance requests and ensure proper documentation and approval.
Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.
Data Churning and Analysis: Perform data churning and analysis to generate payroll reports and insights for management.
SLA Management: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to payroll processing and related activities

Graduation or Equivalent degree in HR Certification in payroll management or relevant HR certifications is a plus

2-3 Years experience
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. - HCM Exposure: Experience with Oracle HCM or any other leading Human Capital Management (HCM) software. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee data. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management.
