HR Executive (Recruitment/Mfg) (East)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Source, screen and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers and pre-employment documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external hiring partners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and job descriptions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and recruitment status.
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programmes and HR projects to enhance talent attraction and recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and interviewing for regional hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with agencies and educational institutions.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to enhance the candidate experience and promote employer branding initiatives.
