HR Executive
About the role
Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and regulatory compliance. The role also supports payroll administration and ensures that all employee records, training, licensing, and company documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with Singapore regulations.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding of security officers and office staff
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and conduct system orientation for new employees
Handle employee enquiries, HR matters, and disciplinary cases
Maintain accurate employee records, training records, certifications, and license expiry tracking
Monitor work pass validity and support renewals where required
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
Assist with company licences, permits, registrations, and general administrative matters
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records
Assist in payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll data
Handle employee payroll-related enquiries
About you
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Able to work independently
Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
