Tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in France.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
