The HR Generalist will perform full service recruitment while supporting HR leadership in retention, engagement and employee recognition. He/she will develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies for SBH Health System, and UCHC consistent with all applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and using an applicant tracking system.
