Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at a bespoke high-end fashion house in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee core HR functions, support employee development, and help foster a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Administer employee benefits and payroll.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Support employee performance management and development.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
* Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
* Organize training and professional development programs.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
* Must reside in or close to Surulere, Lagos.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

* Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
