HR Generalist (Bilingual KOR/ENG)
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated office, factory and/or retail departments/companies
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook are communicated and consistently applied
- Handle employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and fairness; conduct thorough investigations and document findings as necessary
- Manage and support disciplinary action processes by gathering facts, advising managers on appropriate steps, preparing documentation, and ensuring fairness and compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with other HR team members including new hire orientation
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, termination paperwork, asset collection, and system deactivation
- Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure factory-related HR practices meet internal and legal standards
- Provide coaching and day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and interpersonal conflicts
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support Open Enrollment communication
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 -5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment including manufacturing or factory settings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (UKG Pro)
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
