About the Role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing operations in the Netherlands. As the primary HR resource for our Dutch employees, you will partner with our global People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and applicable EU employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the Netherlands
Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Advise managers and employees on employment matters, employee relations, performance management, and statutory leave
Administer employee benefits, partnering with payroll providers and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant administration
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with GDPR and local regulations
Support recruiting, hiring, and workforce planning as the team grows
Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives
Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation to support a scaling organization
Partner with global HR, Finance, and business leaders on cross-functional people initiatives
Leverage technology and AI tools to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 - 3 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and employment practices
Working knowledge of EU employment regulations
Experience administering employee benefits in the Netherlands, including pensions and statutory leave
Experience working with payroll providers and HR vendors
Experience using the Deel platform or similar global HRIS
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multinational or high-growth technology company
Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, NVP, or equivalent)
Experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure, or technology industry
Experience building HR processes in a growing organization
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance HR operations, recruiting, and employee experience
