HR Generalist
You will manage day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. You will process payroll, work pass matters, tax clearances, statutory claims, and compliance activities. You will also coordinate HR initiatives and lead employee engagement events.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Handle Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Administer Childcare Leave claims and other MOM/MSF submissions
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage IR21 tax clearance and assist with IR8A tax submissions
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment law and statutory regulations
- Plan and execute company-wide HR initiatives
- Lead HR engagement events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of Human Resources Management experience within Financial Services or Fintech
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and IRAS tax requirements including IR8A and IR21
- Experience managing payroll processes and government claims
- Stakeholder management experience with senior leadership across departments
