HR Generalist

We’re Hiring | HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key HR functions, particularly Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment, with previous experience in the F&B industry.

Position: HR Generalist
Location: Misr El Gedida, Cairo
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Personnel activities and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle and support Payroll processes and related HR data.
• Manage the full Recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Bluworks is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
