√ Build HR systems, SOPs, and job structures
√ Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
√ Manage attendance, discipline, and employee records
√ Drive performance management and employee engagement
√ Support payroll and HR operations
√ Work with compliance and tax partners
√ Prepare HR reports and support organizational growth
