About the Role
As part of our continued expansion our HR team is growing too. We are looking for an additional HR Generalist to support the HR function across employee relations, compliance and HR operations. You will work closely with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality HR service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations in line with Irish employment law
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Support employee relations processes and HR projects
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance
About You
- Degree in HR or related discipline
- Strong HR and recruitment experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and people-focused
