HR Generalist, Full-time, Days Shift (8 Hours)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Three (3) years’ experience working in employee and or labor relations with emphasis on generalist functions.
3. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and other specialized training preferred.
4. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
5. Effective oral and written communication along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills.
6. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
7. Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation
