What You’ll Do:

• Assisting in the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up to date employment records in the HRIS.
• Generate reports from HRIS as needed for various HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Create new hire profiles in the performance management system.
• Coordinating the performance review process.
• Assist in the development and distribution of HR policies and employee communications.
• Act as point of contact for employees HR related inquiries and provide a timely response.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote).
