HR Generalist / IR Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / IR Specialist with strong Industrial Relations experience and a proven background working with blue-collar employees.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' HR experience
• Strong IR / Labour Relations experience, including unions, CCMA matters and disciplinary hearings
• Experience working with blue-collar employees
• Solid HR administration and skills development experience
• Good knowledge of South African labour legislation

Salary: R32,000 – R42,000 CTC per month, negotiable based on experience
